My story

Before I became a naturopath, I spent decades in education. Teaching children, and walking alongside their families, taught me to notice the small things, to listen patiently and to explain clearly. I still love the moment when something makes sense.

Naturopathy grew out of that same care for the whole person. I studied a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), and today I support women with fatigue, gut health and preconception care, and families with everyday wellbeing, including neurodivergent families.

My practice is evidence-informed: I bring together current research and traditional knowledge, and I always work alongside your GP and specialists, never instead of them. You’ll leave each consultation with a written plan and an understanding of why each step is there.

Faith is at the heart of who I am. I don’t bring it into a naturopathy consultation unless you’d like me to, but it shapes how I care for people: with patience, respect and hope. For those who would like it, I also offer Christian counselling.

The name

Why a house of grace

A house is a place where you are welcomed in. Each word in the name holds part of my work.

  • Grace

Because none of us has to earn care. You’re welcome here as you are.

  • Learning

Because understanding brings confidence, for children and for grown-ups too.

  • Wellness

Because body, mind and spirit belong together, and each deserves attention.
