Gut health support

Bloating, discomfort, irregular digestion, or simply feeling that food and your body aren’t getting along, can affect your energy, mood and confidence. The gut and brain are closely connected, and stress often shows up in digestion first. It’s an area I’m especially interested in.

We look at what you eat, how you eat, your stress, sleep and history, and build a written plan one step at a time.

How I can support you

  • A detailed look at your digestion, diet and daily patterns
  • Practical food changes that fit your life, without unnecessary restriction
  • Herbal and nutritional medicine where appropriate
  • Support for the gut–brain connection, including stress and sleep
  • Functional pathology testing, such as stool testing, where it may help
  • A clear explanation of the reasoning behind each recommendation

Working together

    Get in touch

Send me a message about what you’re looking for. We’ll work out together whether I’m the right person to help, and which kind of appointment suits you.

    Your first consultation

Around 90 unhurried minutes on your health history, food, sleep, stress, digestion and what matters most to you.

  3. 3

    A written plan

Afterwards you receive a clear, written plan with the reasoning behind each recommendation, so you know the why, not just the what.

  4. 4
