Neurodivergent families

Supporting neurodivergent families

Families with autistic or ADHD children, or other neurodivergent family members, often juggle a lot: appointments, sensory needs, picky eating, sleep, school, and their own tiredness. I offer neurodiversity-affirming support for the whole family’s wellbeing. It isn’t about changing who your child is, but about supporting everyday health and calm.

My background as a teacher, with a Bachelor of Education in early childhood and primary, helps me understand how learning, routines and wellbeing fit together at home.

How I can support your family

  • Gentle support with food variety, picky eating and nutrition
  • Sleep and calm, predictable routines
  • Attention to digestion and gut comfort
  • Care for parents and carers too, because your wellbeing matters
  • Sensory-aware consultations, at home or online if that suits your child better
  • Working alongside your child’s GP, paediatrician and therapy team

Working together

    Your first consultation

Around 90 unhurried minutes on your health history, food, sleep, stress, digestion and what matters most to you.

  3. 3

    A written plan

Afterwards you receive a clear, written plan with the reasoning behind each recommendation, so you know the why, not just the what.
