Wellness
Naturopathy in Manly & online
Unhurried, evidence-informed naturopathic care for women and families. We look at the whole picture together, and you leave with a clear, written plan, always alongside your medical care.

My approach
Nothing off a shelf
Every plan is written after our consultation, for you. I bring together current research and traditional knowledge, and because I was a teacher for many years, I always explain the reasoning behind each recommendation rather than handing you a list.
Naturopathy is a self-regulated profession and is not registered with Ahpra. I’m degree-qualified, an accredited member of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (#56241) and fully insured.

The toolkit
What your plan can include
What appears in your plan depends entirely on you and our consultation.
Western herbal medicine
Herbal formulas prescribed for you as an individual after your consultation, never picked off a shelf.
Nutritional medicine
Practical food and nutrition guidance in your written plan, with supplements only where they’re needed.
Lifestyle & education
Sleep, routine, movement and stress, worked through as one picture. As a former teacher, I always explain the why.
Functional pathology testing
Testing through an accredited laboratory, ordered only where it may add useful information.
